augh--worst haircut of my life. I had finally gotten my hair long and just wanted a "ends" trim--chunks cut out of my hair--had to go to another salon, pay big time and to fix "chunks" had to have almost all my long hair cut off--NEVER AGAIN!!! I even gave the style a tip. When I got home I was horrified at what I found under the style. I had a job interview and my confidence was totally undermined by the unprofessional cut I received. How to places stay in business when the service is terrible? I am very angry!
