| 1. Written by CONSUMER, on 22-10-2009 10:39 I get my hair colored, cut, and styled at Smart Style in north Texas. The stylist are friendly and very educated. It seems that everyone these days only know how to comment on the bad points of salons. Do we have any positve people in this world? All you had to do was go back to the salon and explain to to stylist what needs to be fixed. I'm sure that the stylist would have been more than welcome to help you, but you would rather risk the stylist of losing their job. You should think before you take action. | 2. Written by Just a Consumer, on 05-07-2009 08:15 I went to Regis last week and to finish up my style the stylish had to flat iron the front bangs. Before she did it she asked me if I minded paying $11 more because it is considered a specialty service. Needless to say I told her no thanks. $11 on top of the price just to finish my hair style. I didn't need anything except the bangs flat ironed. Is that really their policy? Seriously? I won't be going back there again. |
