I went in to have basic highlights put on my hair. It is now bright white with a lot of orange. I also have several areas where my hair has broken off. The stylist didn't even bring that to my attention at the time. When I went back, the girl put "ash" to tone it down but it now has huge blotches and looks horrible.

I asked for advice but obviously no one there knew how to fix the color. Please be sure to check on how experienced your color specialist is before you get it done....and don't go to this salon. That is for sure!
