keeping dark roots

i visited the saoln at the metro centre in Gateshead nearly nearly 2 months ago now. The girl- whom I won't name managed to dye my roots- to what looked liked the same colour. Highlights? Where? The dye clearly wasn't left on long enough and the roots remained dark where they should have been blonde.

Also i was charged £41 for what can only be described as cutting a few small strands of hair. I was amazed.

I have written a complaint to the salon but as yet still no response- not even an acknowledgment letter. I will be taking it further
