I went to Regis Salon in Tyler TX for a hair cut. I told her to leave it long enough to curl. I have naturally curly hair. When she shaved the back of my neck I knew it was way too short. She had cut it so short in the back and it was very uneven. I expressed my dissatisfaction and started to leave. The manager stopped me and said that I had to pay $40 or she would file theft of services on me. I paid because I didn't want to go to jail.

Never again. Stay Away
