arrowhead local ruined my hair!!

i went to the Regis hair salon located in arrowhead mall to get my hair trimmed a bit. i told the "stylist" that i didnt want any coloring or styling i just wanted to, at most, trim a 1/2 inch off the length of my hair and to add some layers. i have been growing my hair for years and years and finally got it as long as i wanted it, all the way down my back. i see that she cut a huge chunk out and i ask her what she's doing to which she responds that she is "just cutting the top layer to add texture". when she finally finishes she had actually cut over 6 inches offf the length of my hair! i CLEARLY said was that i wanted was a 1/2 inch trim off my hair, and she hacks off half of all the hair i have! i ended up having to pay $40 for her to totally and completely ruin my hair. i would NOT reccomend going to that salon now or EVER! the stylists there are extremely inexperienced and ridiculously overpaid. they charge you $5 just to dry your hair and another $10 to style it. its ridiculous and yall should never go there if you care at all about your hair! yall have been warned!
